Alkoxysilanes produce silica gel by sol-gel method. And, it is also known to form organic-inorganic hybrid with polymer. To investigate fundamentals of primary process of radiation chemistry of the hybrid materials, nanosecond electron beam pulse radiolysis in polystyrene-phenylsilane solution was performed.
