[1L08] Discussion of some problems on Human Reliability Analysis methods

Conventional THERP method has been used as a method of Human Reliability Analysis, while a new method called EPRI method has been recently proposed, and a new IDHEAS method is under development.
1. For the above three types of HRA method, the following three kinds of issues were examined.
Given that the cognitive mechanism is context dependent, cognitive errors dominate operation errors,
2. In the estimation of cognitive error, the usage of estimation by the cognitive mechanism (CBDTM, Cause Based Decision Tree Method) or time dependent estimation, and
3. In the time-dependent estimation of cognitive errors, the usage of curves properly between the Human Cognitive Reliability / Operator Reliability Experiment (HCR / ORE) curve that takes the ratio between the margin time and the operation time adopted in the EPRI method and the IDHEAS method also, and the Time Reliability Correlation (TRC ) .
