炭素鋼とモデル合金に90度でFeイオン照射と低照射速度の電子線照射を実施し、ミクロ組織と硬さの変化を調べた。MnやSiやCuの濃度が高い場合や低照射速度の電子線照射ではクラスタの形成が促進され、硬化量も大きくなることが分かった。
