I introduce the main reliable cold fusion experiments, and suggest that nuclear fusion is surely occurring at room temperature and that it can be classified into "ignition reaction" and "combustion (chain) reaction" depending on the occurring phenomena. By utilizing this "burning reaction", it is possible to realize "metal crystal confinement type fusion reactor" which has many advantages over "magnetic confinement type fusion reactor".
