The purpose of this study is to consider the introduction of an advanced-nuclear technologies and the nuclear fuel cycle. Small modular reactor(SMR) is an attractive option because of its lower overnight cost and enhanced safety. In order to consider the introduction of SMR, mixed integer linear programming was used to express the learning effect.
