[2E04] Calculation of athermal recombination corrected dpa cross sections of materials for proton irradiations with energies from 0.1 to 450 GeV

The displacement damage approximation model (NRT) has been widely used for calculation of dpa (displacement per atom) values of structural materials in proton accelerator facilities. Recently, it was reported that athermal recombination corrected dpa (arc-dpa) obtained by results of molecular dynamics calculations reproduced experimental data in the energy region from 0.1 to 3 GeV. In this work, we calculated arc-dpa and NRT-dpa for materials in super high-energy region up to 450 GeV using the PHITS code and obtained the dependency of dpa values to proton energies and materials.
