Our project aims at improving accuracies of neutron capture cross section of MAs in the fast neutron energy region for the development of nuclear transmutation system. In this presentation, we’ll report the present situation of the development of the impurity and isotopic assay techniques of samples mainly by the thermal ionization mass spectrometry.
