Cross sections for proton and deuteron induced reaction on LLFP have been measured using RIKEN RIBF facility.

Starting from 200 MeV/u measurement, we have successfully obtained 100, 50, 25 MeV/u cross section data by developing devices for lower energy measurement. In the presentation, we discuss the results and their energy dependence.
