The importance of the precise analysis technique of radioisotopes, strontium-90, in nature has been reported. The resonance ionization analysis application is one of the highly nominating technique for the isotope selective analysis. The isotope selectivity and the sensitivity with RIS applications are highly affected by its transition scheme. In this study, we report the newly investigated resonance ionization scheme for the enhancement of the strontium-90 selectivity such as (>10^7). The isotope selectivity has been investigated with 689 nm - 487 nm - 393 nm scheme for the reproducibility. Further, the nominated transition scheme (689 nm - 472 nm - 405 nm) also has been investigated. These two novel RIS schemes have been applied by natural sea water sample.
