Compton camera can be widely used in the area of photon detection, such as decommisioning of reactors and PET system. We proposed the use of Double-sided Silicon Strip Detector (DSSD) as the scatter in Compton camera. The DSSD detector can significantly the number of necessary channels for readout circuit while maintaining a good spatial resolution capability.
