In order to reduce the power usage ,Hitachi, Ltd. developed a concept design of the permanent quadrupole magnet for the high current accelerator. Our designed permanent quadrupole magnet has a unique feature of very low high-order magnetic field error even if the intermediate strength of quadrupole field. We report the detail of the order of magnetic field error ,the fringe magnetic field and the field adjustment method.
