[2J06] Generalization of the formulation on extended cross-section adjustment method

We formulated the extended cross-section adjustment (EA) method based on the minimum variance unbiased linear estimation. Since the EA method originally has infinitely many solutions as the adjusted cross-section set, the solutions was treated explicitly and formulated in a more general manner. Although this presentation is basically to discuss the essence of the paper published in J. Nucl. Sci. Technol., “Generalized formulation of extended cross-section adjustment method based on minimum variance unbiased linear estimation” (https://doi.org/10.1080/00223131.2018.1531078), we will review the relationship with the other methods proposed in the past.
