In oreder to study the effect of iraradiation damage on hydrogen pick-up of zirconium alloys,heavy ion irradiation and deuterium implantation were performed on the Zr alloy in which oxide film was formed, and an oxide film was evaluated by Thermal Desorption Spectrometry.
