Self-ion irradiation experiments using accelerators have been carried out to simulate irradiation damage of fusion neutron. There was a difference in microstructure evolution between neutron and self-ion irradiations because of the difference in damage rate. We report microstructure evolution and irradiation hardening for tungsten materials irradiated with proton which has the intermediate damage rate.
