[2O13] Hydrogen dissolution and conductivity of rare earth oxide

The crystal structure of the rare earth oxide was confirmed by XRD and the dissolution of hydrogen isotope in the rare earth oxide was investigated by using thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS) method using deuterium and heavy water. For Gd2O3 in which hydrogen dissolution was observed, conductivity by hydrogen was also investigated.
