The fully automated laser decontamination device that decontaminates concrete, metal, etc. can have a measuring range of 10 cm square in the vertical plane to the laser irradiation direction and 20 cm in the laser irradiation direction. We have developed the system to extend this measurement range from 1 m to 20 m or more, to verify the concreteization and to confirm the feasibility.
