[3E07] Estimation of fission product yields and their covariance based on shell correction energy

It is quite important to estimate the fission product yields (FPY) based on the reliable nuclear theory
for simulating the burning process in a nuclear reactor correctly.
In this study, FPY are revisited from the view point of the shell correction effect.
It is also needed to add the derived FPY the consistent error information with several constraints.
We also plan to present how to calculate the covariance matrix based on GLS method and its results.
