[3E12] Cross section measurements of 50 MeV alpha particle induced reactions on natEr to produce medical RI 169Yb

Ytterbium-169 is a medical RI for brachytherapy. To discuss its best production route, cross section data are required. I will report about a preliminary result of 169Yb production by a 50 MeV alpha induced reaction on natEr. The experiment was performed at the AVF cyclotron of the RIKEN RI Beam Factory.
