[3J02] A Verification of Delayed Neutron Models Using a Delayed-to-Prompt Ratio Index by Feynman-α Analysis

Various delayed-neutron models were verified using a delayed-to-prompt ratio index obtained by Feynman-α analysis. In UTR-KINKI, Feynman-α analysis was performed to obtain the ratio index at several subcritical states. As delayed-neutron model, Keepin, Brady, 6-group models of Wilson's, 8-group models of Spriggs’s and Wilson’s were employed to calculate the ratio index. The ratio index calculated using Keepin’s and Spriggs’s data well agreed with the measured index.
