Top-level safety design requirements have been developed for the A-FNS conceptual design. Safety objectives and zoning guides are presented for satisfying the safety requirements. Also, we present a new remote maintenance method is proposed, in which the test modules are integrated to the shielding plugs and movable in the horizontal direction.
