The paper presents a study on removal of possible interferences for the quantification of 93Zr and 93Mo using an ICP-MS/MS. 93Zr and 93Mo can be separated from each other and from the 93Nb isobar with the reactive gas of ammonia. We propose a measurement scheme aiming at quantification of 93Zr and 93Mo in environmental samples collected in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear power station.
