[1F04] Analysis of gene expression changes by irradiation of cells

This study aims to evaluate the effects of X-rays, α-rays, and carbon rays on cells at the gene level.
Irradiation was performed at Gunma University and RIKEN, and gene expression of irradiated samples was quantitatively evaluated using high-precision RNA next-generation sequences, and the results were analyzed by various methods. It was found that there are differences in cell cycle and apoptosis control genes at present.
