Nuclear energy utilization requires facilities such as reactors and accelerators and their locations. This applies to radioactive waste repository resulting from their utilization, too. There is a study that the accident at the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station( herein after calls "F1 accident") has resulted in nuclear suporters who recognize the nuclear power as a global warming measure have turned them non-supporters. This presentation analyses potential if the society even implicitly accepts nuclear energy utilization with factors that affect nuclear utilization such as evolution of nuclear safety, changes in naural environments, social infrastructure, locational environments and sustainability of nuclear industries, as well as with their time-flame.
