[1J07] The social cost of nuclear power: An effect of risk recognition

In this study, we address the social acceptance of the general public toward Japanese nuclear power generations. In particular, we evaluate social cost that considers the risk recognition about nuclear power plants. We discuss the annual changes of the social cost and find that the social cost has been decreasing in the past several years.
