SUS316Lステンレス鋼溶接金属のフェライト相とオーステナイト相の機械的特性を超微小引張試験で調べ、照射や熱時効による硬さやミクロ組織の変化との関係を検討する。本報告では超微小試験に特有のサイズ効果やFIB加工層の影響を主に検討した。
