[1N05] Changes in gene expression during radiosensitization by hyperthermia

Conventionally, multidisciplinary treatment using hyperthermia in combination with radiation therapy has been performed as a cancer therapy. This therapy is based on fact that the effect of radiation is amplified by heat, but the molecular mechanism at the gene level has not yet been unlabeled, and there are still skeptical opinions. Therefore, we will demonstrate the effect of hyperthermia and clarify the molecular mechanism in cell experiments using RNA-seq, qPCR, etc. in order to use hyperthermia for cancer treatment in the future.
