Keywords:Nuclear data, neutron cross section measurement, niobium

Niobium is one of the material elements to strengthen stainless steel and is used for structural materials of not only generally facilities but also nuclear reactors. However, the resonance parameters determined by past measurments have discrepancies. Therefore, aiming for improvements of cross sections, we perforemed the neutron total cross section measuements of Nb-93 by Li-glass detectors installed at J-PARC MLF ANNRI. Since the effect of neutron diffraction was observed in low neutron energy region, this effect is attempted estimating by assuming model included lattice structure. In this presentation, we present the measurments of cross sections and extimation of neutron diffraction.
