Measurements of gamma rays from radiative capture reaction of 238U has been conducted at the LINAC pulsed neutron source facility of KURNS. A plate sample of metallic uranium of natural enrichment was irradiated by the neutron of white energy spectrum and capture and partially fission reactions were induced. Gamma rays emitted by the reactions were measured with a HP-Ge detector of the 35% relative efficiency. With the timing information from neutron emission to the gamma ray counting, incident neutron energy was determined in the range from thermal to 100eV. Compared to the published work with a 4 pi-Ge detector, primary gamma rays of 3982 and 3991 keV are distinguished and the ratio of the both is found different for resonance reactions of En=6.67eV and 20.87 eV. The neutron-energy dependent ratio might be useful to quantify the ratio of resonance reaction to thermal capture in a reactor core by way of the neutron induced gamma ray spectroscopy
