Contaminated water contaminated with uranium that may be discovered during the decommissioning process at TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant is thought to contain seawater components. Since graphene oxide that efficiently collects uranium aggregates when the sample contains salt, it can be quickly collected by filtration. In this study, as a basic study, we have developed a method to extract uranium from graphene oxide from seawater collected in various places in Chiba Prefecture and to quantify uranium by total reflection X-ray fluorescence analysis.
