面心立方金属を対象にして、高エネルギー中性子照射下における自己格子間原子集合体の形成に及ぼす積層欠陥エネルギー(SFE)の影響を分子動力学法により定量化した。集合体が大きい場合、可動な集合体の数は積層欠陥エネルギーが大きくなると、従来の依存傾向から外れることが明らかとなった。
