[2H06] Implementation of SP₃ method calculation capability to a FRBurner module of a CBZ code system

We are going to add SP₃ method calculation to FRBurner module of CBZ code system. Reactivity calculation equations based on SP₃ theory is derived by perturbation theory. We are excepting high accuracy of calculation and less computing time of this new method. This method will be verified by one OECD/NEA benchmark report.
