Heavy nuclide after uranium contained in spent nuclear fuel of light water reactor fuel core to reduce harmfulness in nuclear fuel cycle (internal radiation exposure, also known as latent material radiotoxicity) and high level radioactive waste we are conducting research to reduce (= actinide). In this presentation, we will present the effects of reducing actinide nuclides, including the decay heat reduction effect obtained by FORSETI (TM) and the cooling period reduction effect until reprocessing.
