[2L01] Prediction of tritium release rate from fusion reactor materials.

*Genta Kikuchi1, Yuji Torikai1 (1. Ibaraki university)

Keywords:Tririum, Nuclear fusion

In the case of nuclear fusion, tritium accumulates on the reactor walls, so it is necessary to decontaminate them. In a prototype furnace, baking using decay heat is being studied as a decontamination method in the furnace. The baking temperature in this case is considered to be about 350 ° C., and it is necessary to predict the release rate and release amount at that time. In this study, a diffusion equation applicable to any initial concentration function was derived. By using this equation, it became possible to make predictions about non-experimental systems.
