We developed the weak-beam scanning transmission electron microscopy for effective dislocation analysis in neutron irradiated steels. In this study, double-tilt heating stage was combined with the WB-STEM, then number density, size and Burgers vectors of dislocation loops had been successfully evaluated in post-irradiation annealing process, dynamically in nanometer scale.
