[2N05] Evaluation of the detection limit count for the shape of energy spectrum of CZT detector

The pulse shape from the CZT detector varies according to the radiation interaction position in the CZT crystal. Hence, the full energy peak in the energy spectrum of the detector shows the tailing shape to the low energy side. The pulse shape recognition technique is applied in order to improve these characteristics. In this study, the detection limit count according to ISO 11929 was applied to the quantative evaluation of the improvement of the shape of the full energy peak of the spectrum.
