[3H10] Trial of Non-Technical Skill Training Including Application of Incident Command System

Previous report, we dicussed the availability of NTS-training as one of the effective practice tools of the incident command system(ICS) introduced in the response team for emergency. In this study, we developed a 4-unit simultaneous disaster training including the elements of NTS-training, and report the verification results of practicing ICS.
