In order to accurately grasp the gamma dose for the human body in the field where neutrons are dominant and difficult to measure energy spectrum such as BNCT , we focused on BeO whose composition is close to the human body and neutron sensitivity is low, We studied the measurement system and measurement method for use as an OSL dosimeter. In addition, gamma ray dose was measured in a field where neutrons and gamma rays coexist.
