[1E03] Study on Check Valve Diagnosis using AI

We have developed a check valve diagnostic system using a portable acoustic measurement device with AE (Acoustic Emission) sensors. The system identifies the internal status such as open-close performance, seat leakage and wear of elements through the analysis of measured signals and spectral analyses including FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) of the measured signals. Moreover, AI (Artificial Intelligence) system has been introduced to sophisticate the signal analysis and to understand the non-linear mutual relationship between measured signals and internal status mentioned above.
