Suttsu town and Kamoenai village in Hokkaido prefecture announced acceptance of the proposal by the Japanese government for Literature Survey in November 2020, which is the 1st stage of site investigation process. By taking this 1st stage as a matter of indivisual, collaborated and discussed with students at Fukui University of Technology if Suttsu town or Kamoenai village were my home town. Since it was under the COVID-19 misfortune,Me-You café; a unique discussion method was operated on line using MS Teams. This paper reports its procedure and the result.
