In the decommissioning of the TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, itis necessary to manage the dismantled waste safely and reasonably. For this purpose, it is necessary to understand the adhesion and penetration mechanisms of radioactive materials on concrete structures, which exist in large quantities in the reactor building, etc., and to treat and dispose them according to their properties. In order to understand the mechanism of adhesion and permeation of radioactive materials, it is necessary to treat and dispose of the materials accordingly. Both Sr(OH)2 and Sr(OH)2 were found to be significantly more permeable than Sr(OH)2, and EXAFS analysis of the structure of the Sr neighborhood showed that SrCl2 showed a larger amount of Sr adsorption than Sr(OH)2, showing a similar trend to XRF.
