本稿では、後者の「関連温度移行量の評価式」について、評価式のコンセプトや評価精度は堅持しつつ、ユーザ利便性向上等の観点から式の簡素化を達成した(社)日本電気協会 破壊靭性検討会監視試験WG検討成果である式の簡素化とその評価性能について報告する。
