[2A06] Spreading Behavior of Molten Metal on Flat Plate in a Shallow Pool

To evaluate spreading behavior of molten metal under wet condition, dropping experiments using molten tin were performed. Spreading area of the molten metal increased when initial temperature of the melt increased, which was caused by the pressure wave during dropping or collision process.
