In order to contribute to the improvement of measurement techniques for nuclear fuel material in the field of nuclear nonproliferation and nuclear security, we have been developing a non-destructive assay technique using the active neutron method. In this talk, we present an overview of our development of the non-destructive assay technique for high-dose nuclear fuel material, as well as the role and characteristics of neutron resonance transmission analysis in our developing apparatus.
