The objective of conventional nuclear structural design was prevention of failure occurrence against design basis events. This study has the different objective such as resilience improvement of nuclear structures through mitigation of failure consequence against beyond design basis events (very high temperature at severe accidents, excessive earthquake). This paper introduces the outline of the development plan.
