Useful features of the neutron spin-echo spectroscopy in time-of-flight mode is investigated by using a pulsed neutron beamline, BL06 at the Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) of J-PARC. The wavelength dependent pulse time width is closely related to the quality of pulsed neutron beams. The results show that the pulse width can be experimentaly estimated by the contrast decreasing rate of the spin-echo signals.
