181Ta is contained in structure material of neuclear reactor, and its cross-section is important at the viewpoint of estimation of the activation. In order to improve the cross-sections and the resonance parameters, the neutron capture and total cross-sections were measured at ANNRI of MLF in J-PARC. The resonance parameters were derived from the obtained cross-sections by the resonance analysis code, REFIT.
