In the 4D Langevin model developed by us, the fission mechanism has been elucidated in the region from actinides to super-heavy nuclei in a consistent manner without adjusting the model parameters. However, the mass distribution is strongly pulled by the magic number A = 132, and the agreement with the experimental data is worse than that of the 3D model. In this study, a couple of parameters that have been determined with the 3D model were adjusted. Furthermore new parameters corresponding to the zero-point vibrational energies of the dynamic variables were introduced. Then, the mass and TKE distributions of 236U and 240Pu were significantly improved so the model can be used for nuclear data evaluation.
