Nd₂O₃ and Sm₂O₃ were added to MOX as simulated FP, and their effects on sintering behaviors were evaluated by dilatometer.
Sintering shrinkage was observed from around 1000 ℃ and the peak of shrinkage rate shifted to the higher temperature side as the addition rate increased. On the other hand, no effect was observed on the final density after sintering; all showed similar values.
