[3M04] Radioactvity reduction study on removed soil after rating under 75μm

To recycle polluted soil after classifyed under 75μm,cesium separation method using oxalate is studied. As a result,the 80,000Bq/kg polluted soil is reduced under 1000Bq/kg.And residue oxalate concentration in the decontaminatd soil is reduced under 100 mg/kg.
