[1B14] Planning and preliminary experiments of validation experiments in V&V for shielding analysis codes

In order to deal with the case where the shielding analysis results by Monte Carlo code are shown in the licensing of transportation and storage of spent fuel, we are studying how to evaluate verification and validation (V&V) promptly and appropriately. We will report on the outline of the validation experiment, which is a part of V&V, the results of the preliminary experiments, and the contents of the study for main experiments scheduled to be carried out next year.
